I'm Candida Nazareth.
I’m a Learning Experience Designer with 10 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful, practical learning solutions. My background spans instructional design, project management, and client support — but at the heart of it all is my passion for helping people grow.
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey. Change is constant, and the ability to adapt through learning is one of our most valuable tools. I bring curiosity, creativity, and care to every project I take on — whether it’s designing a new onboarding program or helping teams navigate a new LMS.
Outside of work, I have a deep interest in cultural anthropology and love being near water. I’m a certified scuba diver, and when I’m not working, you’ll often find me sailing, paddling or on a nature trail with my family.
