I'm Candida Nazareth.

I’m a Learning Experience Designer with over 6 years of experience creating practical, engaging learning solutions across corporate, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. I design programs that help people grow, build confidence, and perform at their best.

My work spans instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, project management, and LMS implementation. Whether I’m building an interactive compliance module, designing a leadership workshop, or supporting a system rollout, I focus on clarity, relevance, and real-world application.

I believe learning is one of the most powerful tools we have for navigating change. Strong onboarding, thoughtful policy training, and meaningful leadership development do more than transfer knowledge. They shape culture and build resilient teams.

Outside of work, I’m fascinated by cultural anthropology and drawn to the outdoors. As a certified scuba diver, I’m happiest near water, sailing, paddling, or exploring waterfalls while camping with my family.
