Objective: Create a scalable online training experience for underwriters, transforming static content into interactive eLearning.
Role & Responsibilities: Led instructional design using ADDIE, conducted needs analysis, developed content with SMEs, and created interactive modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline. Ensured AODA compliance and designed SCORM-ready materials.
Solution: Delivered a blended learning experience with SCORM modules, job aids, and integrated evaluations through Litmos.
Outcome: Improved onboarding efficiency by 30%. Content met CE accreditation and increased learner confidence in applied underwriting scenarios.
